Britney Spears does not enjoy sleeping in on Sundays. Recent Instagram footage shows Britney letting loose with a fierce and fun dance routine that includes spinning, shaking, and dropping it low. Her super toned abs, strong legs, and perky booty are all on full display in her bright pink, cut-out thong bodysuit, which only adds to the post’s vivacity.
Britney jigged to Portugal’s “Feel It Still,” which played in the background. Britney works on her upper body too, particularly her arm strength. She demonstrated a weighted arm circuit using dumbbells in an Instagram video she shared with her followers. Britney is clearly not afraid to break a sweat while working her triceps and abdominal muscles here.
Britney and her husband Sam Asghari are known to regularly strengthen and condition as a team by hitting the gym together. Since Sam is a fitness instructor, he and his partner have learned to work out together. Wow, that’s quite the bodyweight exercise!
