When Season 14 first began, Respawn Entertainment was eager to acknowledge the initial issue with missing awards. As they leveled their characters in the newest Apex Legends season, players noticed missing packs.

Respawn replied on August 10 that they were aware of the issue and working on a solution. Additionally, they stated that they would update the post with any new information.

We’re looking into a problem that surfaced with Hunted’s debut yesterday that prevents @PlayApex users from getting the right prizes while leveling up. When we have an update, we’ll post it on this topic. We value your patience while we implement these new adjustments. — REBORN (@REBORN) 10 August 2022

On August 17, they informed the community that the issue had been identified, and that a remedy will be made available some time the following week. They don’t know the exact day, but a patch containing a fix will be released the next week.

Respawn has not specified whether the update just resolves the issues or pays gamers with the missing packets. This whole situation is related to the odd Apex Coin price points. Since buying apex coins in bulk costs more, gamers are limited to purchasing the smallest number possible—500 coins—in order to save money.
