Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got married in Georgia

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck held a big party in Riceboro, Georgia.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez renewed their commitment to their union on Saturday, August 20 in Riceboro, Georgia, a little hamlet just outside of Savannah. The couple, who exchanged vows in a Las Vegas wedding chapel on July 17, reportedly celebrated their union with friends and family in Georgia over the weekend.

A star-studded crowd attended the couple’s second wedding ceremony. Matt Damon, a close friend of Affleck’s, and his wife, Luciana Barroso, were present. Filmmaker Kevin Smith and his wife Jennifer, actor Jason Mewes and his wife Jordan Monsanto, and models Pia Miller and Patrick Whitesell were among the other visitors. Max and Emme Lopez’s children with Marc Anthony, who are 14 years old, were reportedly at the wedding party, as were Violet (16), Seraphina (13), and Samuel Affleck’s children with ex-Jennifer Garner (10).

Affleck donned a tuxedo with a white blazer, while Lopez wore a long-tailed white bridal gown by Ralph Lauren. The fact that the wedding guests were all dressed in their finest white attire suggests that the color white was the event’s motif. The ceremony’s celebrant was the podcaster Jay Shetty.

For Affleck and Lopez, who started dating in the early 2000s and were engaged in 2004 before splitting, the wedding celebration has been a long time coming. In 2021, they resumed their romance, and this past April, they got engaged.
