According to a report in The Washington Post, Donald Trump is having trouble finding legal representation.

Several attorneys who spoke to the Post described Trump as an impossible client.

Some said they were afraid to represent him because they might not get paid.

According to a new report in The Washington Post, former president Donald Trump is having trouble finding a competent attorney to represent him.

Multiple attorneys spoke with the Post on the condition of anonymity about Trump’s difficulty in hiring experienced counsel to defend him. One Republican attorney commented to The Post, “Everyone is saying no,” on the trend of legal representation being declined by the Trump team.

An additional lawyer, also speaking anonymously, detailed the challenges of representing Trump. Trump, it was claimed, went against the advice of his legal team by tweeting about the Mueller investigation while he was president. A number of others have told The Post that Trump is an impossible client, and that they are concerned about getting paid.

“In the past, he boasted that having a company represent him was a great marketing opportunity. Today, things are different “former Trump lawyer turned outspoken Trump critic Michael Cohen made the remarks.

Cohen elaborated, saying, “He’s also a very difficult client in that he’s always pushing the envelope, he rarely listens to sound legal advice, and he wants you to do things that are not appropriate, ethically or legally.”

Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich told The Post that Jim Trusty and Evan Corcoran, two members of Trump’s legal team, have “decades of prosecutorial experience and have litigated some of the most complex cases in American history.”

Anyone who says otherwise is motivated by envy, because President Trump is represented by some of the best lawyers in the country “quoted Budowich.

Trusty and Corcoran, along with New Jersey parking garage lawyer Alina Habba and former One America News anchor Christina Bobb, are currently representing Trump in legal matters.

This year has presented Trump with a number of significant legal challenges, including an inquiry into potential financial fraud, tax evasion, and insurance law violations on the part of the Trump Organization in New York. During his deposition, Trump took the fifth amendment more than 440 times.

Trump may also face criminal charges as a result of a Department of Justice investigation into whether he improperly handled classified documents. Last Monday, the FBI executed a search warrant at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago and removed eleven sets of classified documents, some of which were labeled “top secret” and concerned nuclear weapons. The warrant indicates that the Justice Department is investigating whether or not Trump violated three federal laws, one of which is the Espionage Act.

Insider’s request for comment to Trump’s post-presidential press office was met with silence.
