action and all claims asserted by Leakes without prejudice.” “The foregoing dismissal is agreed upon and stipulated to by all Parties. In no submission to this Court will any party seek recovery of costs or attorneys’ fees.”

Leakes initially filed the lawsuit against her employer in a federal court in Atlanta in April, claiming she was subjected to a racist and hostile work environment. The lawsuit names NBCUniversal, Bravo, True Entertainment, Truly Original, and Cohen as defendants.

According to the complaint, “NBC, Bravo, and True foster a corporate and workplace culture where racially insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated — if not encouraged.”

Leakes was an original member of the Atlanta-based show’s cast and stayed with it for seven seasons before leaving to play a guest role in the eighth. After leaving the franchise for a second time before Season 13, she returned in Season 10 and stayed for another three seasons.

In the filing, co-star Kim Zolciak-history Biermann’s of making “racially offensive and stereotypical” comments without repercussions was highlighted.

Keep in mind that the dismissal was “without prejudice,” so Leakes could file a new lawsuit at a later date asserting the same claims.

Even after hearing the news of his dismissal, Leakes has not commented directly. However, a recent Instagram post by the Atlanta peach is being taken by many as a subtle reference to the dismissal of the lawsuit.

The caption read, “I just want to smile.”
