There are so many fantastic hiking routes in Connecticut that you could spend your whole life there and still not cover them all. We have many state parks and forests, totaling many thousands of acres of untouched land just waiting to be explored. In Devil’s Hopyard State Park, the Vista Trail and Devil’s Oven Loop are two of our favorite routes. This East Haddam state park is one of the most beautiful in Connecticut, and the trail offers access to some of the park’s most breathtaking vistas.
Among Connecticut’s many beautiful state parks, Devil’s Hopyard is among the top choices. Which trail in a park managed by the Nutmeg State do you enjoy the most, and why? Leave your comments below with your ideas.
