New special edition Range Rover models were unveiled by Land Rover. You’re unlikely to ever actually see one on the road on a Friday morning.

The most recent Range Rover, which debuted in October 2021, is available in the $345,000 Range Rover SV Carmel Edition. During Monterey Car Week, Land Rover unveiled the new truck at their “Range Rover House” setup in Carmel, California. Which is appropriate considering that this specific special edition pays homage to the section of Pacific shoreline that the property overlooks. In addition to including it in the name, Land Rover promises to contribute a portion of sales revenue to the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.

This is the most opulent Range Rover there is. The Carmel Edition’s four-seat interior is decorated in blue leather and includes white ceramic surfaces and controls as trim. Ceramic, indeed. aboard a Range Rover. It’s ridiculous. Additionally, a huge console that runs through the seating area is filled with crystal glassware, a refrigerator, and mini fold-out workstations.

Additionally, the exterior is first-rate. It has slick bronze paint that is exclusive to the Carmel Edition, and it rolls on 23-inch wheels with glossy dark grey paint and bronze inlays. Every Carmel Edition also includes two sets of golf clubs. The same 523-hp twin-turbo V-8 from the standard Range Rover SV powers the truck.

Good luck getting one, if you want one. Only 17 of these trucks will be produced by Land Rover, making it the most rare Range Rover model ever, according to reports. You have to visit the house in Carmel, which is a short-term, invite-only facility for current Range Rover owners, if you want to purchase one.
